Managing Wallets

The management of driver and customer wallets can be done by the customer or driver directly or through the admin dashboard.

Below you will find information about wallets and transaction types.

Customers Wallet

Customer’s Wallet Management by Admin Dashboard

The company may need to edit a customer's wallet or examine a customer's transaction script in some situations. It can be done via the admin dashboard.

Go to the Customers menu and access the Customer Details page to see its transaction record/list and manage its wallet.

There are several tabs on the customer page. A list of transactions can be found in the Wallet tab. This list can be filtered by transaction type, date, and other factors.

Note: By default, transactions that influence the wallet balance are filtered.

Manually Change the Customer's Wallet Balance

To change the customer's wallet balance, you can create a new transaction. When you click the new record button, you'll see the following dialog, which we'll go through in detail in each field below.

Amount: In this field, enter the transaction amount.

Source: This field specifies the transaction source. It may indicate CoD (Cash on Delivery) or Support. If it's not a CoD, the support should be chosen.

Type: This field specifies the type of transaction. It may indicate creditor or debtor. If you want to increase the balance, you must select the type of creditor. You must choose the debtor if you intend to reduce.

Description: This field appears in the application and in the admin dashboard to describe the transaction.

Note: The type of transactions registered by the admin dashboard is support transactions.

Example: Increase of customer balance by $5

Example: Reduction of the customer balance by $15

Customer’s Wallets Management in Customer Applications

Wallets can be found in the main menu of the customer application. You can click on the wallets and raise the credit using the payment gateway to top up the balance.

The list of transactions can be accessed under the menu to examine the customer's wallet transactions list.

Drivers Wallet

Driver’s Wallet Management by Admin Dashboard

The company may need to edit a driver's wallet or review a driver's transactions in specific situations. It can be done via the admin dashboard.

Go to the driver's menu and visit the driver details page to see a list of driver transactions and manage their wallets.

The first tab contains the driver's basic information and the wallet balance.

There are several tabs on the driver page. A list of transactions can be found in the Wallet tab. This list can be filtered by transaction type, date, and other factors.

Note: Transactions that affect the wallet balance are filtered by default.

Manually Change the Driver's Wallet Balance

To increase the driver's wallet balance, make a new transaction. When you click the new record button, you'll see the following dialog, which we'll go through in detail in each field below.

Description: This is the field in the driver application and the admin panel that displays the transaction description.

Note: Support transactions are the ones that the admin dashboard registers.

Note: If the software supports many languages, you must describe each.

Driver’s Wallet Management in Driver Applications

The wallet option is featured in the main menu of the Driver app. You can click on the wallets and increase the credit using the payment gateway to top up the balance.

The driver wallet transactions list can be found in the wallet section of the menu, under Transactions.
