Cancellation Reasons
We can inquire about the cause for the cancellation when the customer and the driver cancel an order. The reasons for the cancellation are presented to him as a list of options. If the reason for cancellation isn't on the list, the driver or customer can write it down.

The driver and the customer both have their list of cancellation reasons.
You can manage the cancellation reasons by going to Settings → Cancellation Reasons → Drivers.
Go to the new record button and type in the desired text to create a new cancellation reason. A breeze!

You can edit or delete the list of cancellation reasons in the last column.
