There are several fields to complete to define a new working type.
Name: This field specifies the title of the working type.
Description: This is the working type description. This description will not appear anywhere else.
Earning Model: This section determines the driver's income model. The models listed below can be considered for a working type.
  • Commission-based: In this arrangement, the driver's earnings are calculated as a percentage of the order cost. The percentage of the company is stated in the Commission coefficient field.
  • Manual: A default value is used for all orders under this earning model. The earning value of the driver can be manually edited in the Dispatcher panel. It is accomplished by using the Default Earnings field.
Minimum driver balance: This field specifies the minimum balance that a driver must have in their wallet to receive an order. If we set this value to 10, it indicates that the driver's wallet balance must be more than 10.
Commission coefficient: This field sets the percentage of the company's commission (income). Only when the earning model is commission-based is this value provided. This field will not be shown otherwise. Examples of this work are provided below.
  • If the driver's earnings equal 80% of the order price. This field's value should be 0.2.
  • Fee for placing an order: $10
  • Coefficient of commission: 0.2
  • Earnings of the driver: $8
